Pennsylvania authorities say a man wanted in a 1995 Massachusetts killing has agreed to be returned to the state. A Lehigh County district attorney's spokeswoman told the Patriot Ledger of Quincy that Joslyn Bailey, 48, will remain in a county prison while Massachusetts officials arrange his return.
